Article 2 — Applicability

1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the Ann Mae Studios webshop.
2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Any deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by Ann Mae Studios.

Article 3 — Product information

1. Ann Mae Studios takes the utmost care in the presentation and description of its products.
2. Images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen settings.
3. Obvious mistakes, errors or typos in product information, prices or images are not binding.

Article 4 — Orders and agreement

1. An agreement is concluded as soon as an order is placed and confirmed by Ann Mae Studios by email.
2. Ann Mae Studios reserves the right to refuse orders or to request additional information when deemed necessary.
3. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 5 — Prices and payment

1. All prices on the website are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
2. Any shipping costs are clearly shown during checkout.
3. Payment must be made through the payment methods offered on the website.
4. An order is only processed once payment has been successfully received or authorised.
5. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected by Ann Mae Studios, even after an order has been placed.

Article 6 — Delivery

1. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
2. The customer is responsible for entering correct address and contact details.
3. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete details, any additional shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
4. Stated delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered a strict deadline.
5. Ann Mae Studios is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the specified address.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

1. Consumers have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
2. After notifying the cancellation, the customer has another 14 days to return the product.
3. For return conditions, please refer to our Return Policy.

Article 8 — Warranty and conformity

1. Ann Mae Studios guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and meet the reasonable expectations of the consumer.
2. Damage as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect use, improper washing or improper care is not covered by warranty.
3. Any defects must be reported within a reasonable period after discovery via annmaestudios@gmail.com.

Article 9 — Liability

1. The liability of Ann Mae Studios is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
2. Ann Mae Studios is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data or other damages arising from the use of the website or products.
3. As far as legally permitted, any further liability is excluded.
4. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights of consumers.

Article 10 — Intellectual property

1. All images, designs, logos, texts, product photos and other content on the website are the property of Ann Mae Studios or its licensors.
2. Without prior written permission, these materials may not be copied, distributed or used commercially.

Article 11 — Force majeure

1. Ann Mae Studios is not obliged to fulfil its obligations if prevented from doing so by force majeure.
2. Force majeure includes: carrier disruptions, internet outages, power outages, pandemics, government measures, natural disasters, strikes and other unforeseen circumstances.

Article 12 — Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Ann Mae Studios.

Article 13 — Complaints

1. Complaints can be submitted via annmaestudios@gmail.com.
2. Ann Mae Studios aims to handle complaints within 14 days of receipt.
3. If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the dispute can be submitted to the competent authority in accordance with applicable law.

Article 14 — Applicable law

1. All agreements between Ann Mae Studios and its customers are governed by Dutch law.
2. Disputes are submitted to the competent court under Dutch law.
