At Ann Mae Studios we want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can rely on the statutory right of withdrawal as described below.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.
To register a return, please contact us at annmaestudios@gmail.com and include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
Return conditions
To qualify for a full refund the item must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Free of scents such as perfume, smoke or deodorant
- Free of make-up stains, hair or other signs of use
- Provided with all original labels and tags
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee if the item has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit. Items that do not meet the conditions above may be refused or only partially refunded.
Non-returnable items
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items produced specially on request
- Products that, for hygiene reasons, are unsuitable for return once the seal has been broken
Unless there is a manufacturing fault or the wrong product was delivered.
Return costs
The costs of returning an order are at the customer's expense. We recommend sending returns with a track & trace code. Ann Mae Studios is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. If the return is approved, the purchase amount of the returned items will be refunded via the same payment method used for the order.
Refunds are processed within 14 days at the latest after we have received the return, or after you have demonstrated that the parcel has been shipped.
Any original standard shipping costs are only refunded when the full order is returned. Additional costs for express or premium shipping are not refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at annmaestudios@gmail.com and include clear photos of the issue so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Incorrect delivery address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may be charged for resending.
